International Shipping - flat rate au $30 for standard shipping world - wide.

Flat Rate AU $50 for Express Shipping World - wide.

Free Shipping Worldwide for orders over AU $200

  • All orders are sent out between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

  • On completing your order, you will receive an email notification when your order is shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

  • Free Standard Shipping within Australia now available on all orders - delivery times between 3 - 7 days, for metro addresses and 5 - 10 days for rural and remote.  Express Shipping Australia wide at flat rate AU $25 with delivery times between 2 - 5 business days.

  • For international shipping, flat rate shipping costs of AU $30 for standard delivery and AU $50 for Express delivery Worldwide.  Standard delivery times between 10 - 15 Business days. Express delivery between 5 - 10 Business days, depending on destination country. For orders over AU $200, free standard shipping worldwide. This is a good option for our international stockists.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes and Postal lockers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All our products are handcrafted in Australia. At times, there may be variations in size, colour and shape of the same product. Products may differ to a small degree from the promotional images displayed on this website. This is part of the charm of purchasing a handmade product where each piece is a unique item crafted with love and care. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are available based on minor discrepancies in the appearance of the product.

  • In case of damaged goods, or if you received the wrong order, or if you're not 100% satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value.

  • If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

  • All damaged goods will be returned  at customer's cost and we will send you a replacement at the earliest with free shipping. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please note, due to the nature of our products, we cannot replace an item, fully or in part, once it has been used.

  • Mismacs will provide online store-credit where an item cannot be replaced satisfactorily with an equivalent product within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  No refunds can be provided.
